INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ CUP FRESH WATERMELON CHUNKS (SEEDLESS)
- 1 ½ CUPS COCONUT WATER
- 3 SCOOPS BEAM WATERMELON CANDY PRE-WORKOUT
DIRECTIONS:
- PLACE A FEW WATERMELON CHUNKS IN THE BOTTOM OF EACH POPSICLE MOLD AND SET ASIDE.
- COMBINE COCONUT WATER AND PRE-WORKOUT IN A SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND STIR UNTIL PRE-WORKOUT IS DISSOLVED. DO NOT HEAT UNTIL BOILING, JUST UNTIL PRE-WORKOUT IS DISSOLVED.
- POUR PRE-WORKOUT MIXTURE INTO POPSICLE MOLDS OVER WATERMELON CHUNKS. INSERT POPSICLE STICKS AND PLACE POPSICLES IN THE FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. USE POPSICLE STICKS TO PULL POPSICLES FROM MOLDS AND ENJOY!
