WITH NON-DAIRY MILK, DARK CHOCOLATE, COCOA POWDER, COCOA BUTTER, AND PEPPERMINT EXTRACT


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ CUPS NON-DAIRY MILK
  • 2 TABLESPOONS COCOA BUTTER
  • 1 TSP COCOA POWDER
  • 2 TBSP DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • ½ TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
  • 1 SCOOP PEPPERMINT MOCHA PROTEIN POWDER
  • ¼ TSP SEA SALT
  • TOPPINGS: WHIPPED CREAM, CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY AND MARSHMALLOWS

DIRECTIONS:

  1. HEAT UP YOUR NON-DAIRY MILK IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, ADD IN THE COCOA BUTTER, COCOA POWDER, DARK CHOCOLATE, AND PROTEIN POWDER. SLOWLY STIR IN THE NON-DAIRY MILK AND CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SILKY SMOOTH. ADD IN THE PEPPERMINT EXTRACT AND THE SEA SALT.
  3. POUR YOUR PEPPERMINT MOCHA INTO A LARGE MUG AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND PEPPERMINT CANDIES.
