INGREDIENTS:
- 4 CUPS FROZEN BANANA
- ⅓ CUP ALMOND MILK
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 SCOOPS VANILLA SOFT SERVE PROTEIN POWDER
- ½ TSP SEA SALT
- 2 TSP COCOA NIBS
- VEGAN COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM ~ ON TOP!
COCONUT CARAMEL SAUCE:
- ¼ CUP DATE SYRUP
- 1 TBSP COCONUT CREAM
- ¼ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- PINCH SEA SALT
DIRECTIONS:
- IN A SAUCEPAN WARM UP THE DATE SYRUP AND COCONUT CREAM. MIX IN VANILLA AND SEA SALT AND SET ASIDE.
- ADD FROZEN BANANA, PROTEIN POWDER, VANILLA, ALMOND MILK, SEA SALT AND COCOA NIBS TO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL THICK, SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
