MADE WITH COCONUT MILK, DARK VEGAN CHOCOLATE, AND PEPPERMINT MOCHA PROTEIN POWDER

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ CUP FULL FAT COCONUT MILK
  • 8 OZ DARK CHOCOLATE *CHOPPED*
  • ½ CUP PEPPERMINT MOCHA PROTEIN POWDER
  • ½ TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
  • ½ TSP SEA SALT
  • TOPPINGS: COCOA POWDER + CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDIES

DIRECTIONS:

  1. HEAT UP THE COCONUT MILK IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD IN THE CHOCOLATE AND STIR UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED AND REACHES A SILKY CONSISTENCY.
  2. POUR THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE INTO A BOWL AND STIR IN THE PROTEIN POWDER, PEPPERMINT EXTRACT AND SEA SALT UNTIL ALL IS WELL COMBINED. STORE YOUR TRUFFLE MIXTURE IN THE FRIDGE FOR TWO HOURS.
  3. ONCE CHILLED, SCOOP YOUR CHOCOLATE MIXTURE INTO SMALL BALLS USING YOUR HANDS. DUST WITH COCOA POWDER AND CRUSHED CANDIES!
