- ⅓ CUP STRAINED YOGURT
- ½ TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
- 2 TBSP COCOA NIBS
- 3 CANDY CANES
- 1 TSP FLAKEY SEA SALT
- CREATE A DOUBLE BOILER BY LAYERING A BOWL ON TOP OF SOME SIMMERING WATER IN A POT. ADD THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND THE COCONUT OIL. STIR UNTIL MELTED AND THEN FOLD IN THE VANILLA SOFT SERVE PROTEIN POWDER. SET ASIDE
- PLACE ANOTHER BOWL ON TOP OF THE POT WITH THE SIMMERING WATER. ADD THE WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND THE COCONUT OIL AND STIR UNTIL MELTED. FOLD IN THE GREEK YOGURT AND PEPPERMINT EXTRACT.
- LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. SPREAD THE DARK CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MIXTURE IN A RECTANGULAR SHAPE. THEN DO 3-4 BIG SPOONFULS OF THE WHITE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE ON TOP. SWIRL THIS VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY WITH A KNIFE.
