INGREDIENTS:

GREEN LAYER:
- 1 CUP SPINACH LEAVES
- ½ FROZEN BANANA
- ½ TBSP PEANUT BUTTER
- ½ TBSP HONEY
- ½ CUP NON-DAIRY MILK
- 1 SCOOP BEAM SUPER GREENS
PURPLE LAYER:
- 1 CUP FROZEN WILD BLUEBERRIES
- ½ LEMON *JUICED*
- ½ FROZEN BANANA
- 1 TBSP COCONUT YOGURT
- ½ CUP NON-DAIRY MILK
- 1 SCOOP BLUEBERRY MUFFIN PROTEIN POWDER
TOPPING: COCONUT YOGURT + BEE POLLEN
DIRECTIONS:
- TAKE A LARGE SPOONFUL OF COCONUT YOGURT AND LINE THE WALLS OF YOUR GLASS.
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE GREEN LAYER INTO YOUR BLENDER AND BLEND. POUR INTO YOUR GLASS.
- BLEND ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE PURPLE LAYER AND POUR ON TOP OF THE GREEN SMOOTHIE.
- TOP WITH A SPRINKLE OF BEE POLLEN.
