INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ CUPS NON-DAIRY MILK
- 2 TABLESPOONS COCOA BUTTER
- 1 TSP COCOA POWDER
- 2 TBSP DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- ½ TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
- 1 SCOOP PEPPERMINT MOCHA PROTEIN POWDER
- ¼ TSP SEA SALT
- TOPPINGS: WHIPPED CREAM, CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDY AND MARSHMALLOWS
DIRECTIONS:
- HEAT UP YOUR NON-DAIRY MILK IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
- IN A MEDIUM BOWL, ADD IN THE COCOA BUTTER, COCOA POWDER, DARK CHOCOLATE, AND PROTEIN POWDER. SLOWLY STIR IN THE NON-DAIRY MILK AND CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SILKY SMOOTH. ADD IN THE PEPPERMINT EXTRACT AND THE SEA SALT.
- POUR YOUR PEPPERMINT MOCHA INTO A LARGE MUG AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND PEPPERMINT CANDIES.
