THE GREEN LAYER BLENDED WITH SPINACH BANANAS, GREENS POWDER, AND MCT OIL WITH A PINK LAYER BLENDED WITH RASPBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, PROTEIN POWDER AND CASHEW MILK.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ CUP SPINACH
  • 1 FROZEN BANANA
  • ½ TBSP MCT OIL
  • 2 TBSP POWDERED MONK FRUIT (1 TBSP FOR EACH LAYER)
  • 1 SCOOP SUPER GREENS POWDER
  • 1 ½  CUP CASHEW MILK (¾ CUP FOR EACH LAYER)
  • ¼ CUP VEGAN YOGURT
  • ⅓ CUP FROZEN RASPBERRIES
  • ⅓ CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 SCOOP VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER

DIRECTIONS:

  1. ADD THE FRESH SPINACH, FROZEN BANANAS, MCT OIL, MONK FRUIT AND SUPER GREENS POWDER AND CASHEW MILK TO A BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO A LARGE GLASS.
  2. CLEAN OUT THE BLENDER AND THEN ADD IN THE STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, COCONUT YOGURT, PROTEIN POWDER AND REST OF CASHEW MILK TO A BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
  3. POUR THE RED LAYER ON TOP OF THE GREEN SMOOTHIE AND ENJOY!
