WITH SPROUTED OATS, CASHEW BUTTER, DATE SYRUP, CHOCOLATE CHUNKS, BANANAS AND SEA SALT
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 RIPE BANANAS
- 2 CUPS SPROUTED OATS
- ½ CUP CASHEW BUTTER
- ½ CUP DATE SYRUP
- ½ CUP BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL PROTEIN POWDER
- 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
- ½ TSP SEA SALT
- ½ CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
DIRECTIONS:
- PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 F. GREASE A 7X7 PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY OR BUTTER.
- IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MASH THE BANANAS. ADD IN ALL OF THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER. THEN FOLD IN THE DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS.
- ADD THE BATTER INTO THE PAN AND EVEN OUT THE TOP WITH A SPATULA.
- BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AND SERVE WARM!
