BLENDED WITH THE APPLE CIDER GREENS, GREEN APPLE, SPINACH, BANANA, DATES, AND SWIRLED WITH A YOGURT RASPBERRY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ CUP RASPBERRIES
- 1 TBSP HONEY
- ½ CUP YOGURT
- 1 GREEN APPLE (DICED - FROZEN)
- 2 FROZEN BANANAS
- 2 CUPS SPINACH
- 2 TBSP HEMP SEEDS
- 2 CUP CASHEW MILK
- ¼ CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES
- 3 DATES
- 2 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER
- 2 SCOOPS GREENS POWDER
DIRECTIONS:
- IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN ADD THE RASPBERRIES AND HONEY. LET SIMMER FOR 7-8 MINUTES WHILE YOU MAKE THE SMOOTHIE.
- TO A BLENDER ADD IN THE FROZEN GREEN APPLE, BANANAS, SPINACH, HEMP SEEDS, CASHEW MILK, MINK LEAVES, DATES, PROTEIN POWDER AND GREENS POWDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
- REMOVE YOUR RASPBERRY SAUCE FROM THE STOVE AND SWIRL INTO THE YOGURT. ADD HALF OF THE YOGURT MIXTURE TO EACH SMOOTHIE GLASS, LINING THE WALLS OF THE GLASS.
- POUR IN YOUR GREEN SMOOTHIE AND GARNISH WITH A MINT LEAF.
