INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 CUP COMPLETE PANCAKE BATTER
  • 1 SCOOP BEAM CHOCOLATE BROWNIE VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER 
  • 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER 
  • 1 TEASPOON SPLENDA
  • 1 TEASPOON COCOA POWDER
  • 2 TEASPOONS CHOCOLATE CHIPS 
  • 1 FULL EGG
  • 3 TABLESPOONS GREEK YOGURT
  • WATER AS NEEDED FOR BATTER

FOR FROSTING:

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
  2. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS INTO A MEDIUM OR LARGE BOWL
  3. ADD IN THE WET INGREDIENTS AND BEGIN MIXING TO CREATE BATTER (ADD WATER IF NEEDED)
  4. APPLY LIGHT LATER OF COOKING OIL TO DONUT TRAY
  5. ADD BATTER INTO EACH DONUT CUP
  6. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 9-11 MINUTES THEN REMOVE TO ALLOW COOLING
  7. ADD FROSTING
  8. ENJOY!

DIRECTIONS FOR FROSTING:

  1. COMBINE AND MIX THE GREEK YOGURT AND PROTEIN POWDER  
  2. ADD TO FROSTING ICING TOOL OR CREATE YOUR OWN WITH A ZIP LOCK BAG
  3. APPLY FROSTING TO EACH DONUT AND ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  4. ENJOY!
