INGREDIENTS: 

  • 3 SCOOPS OF BEAM PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE VEGAN PROTEIN
  • 1/4 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1/4 CUP WATER
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 3/4 PEANUT BUTTER 
  • 1 1/2 CUPS QUICK-COOKING OATS
  • 1/3 CUP PUFFED RICE CEREAL 
  • 1/3 CUP VEGAN DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. LINE A BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR FOIL AND SET ASIDE
  2. MIX BEAM VEGAN PROTEIN, MAPLE SYRUP, WATER, AND VANILLA EXTRACT IN A BOWL UNTIL THICK 
  3. ADD PEANUT BUTTER AND OATS
  4. MIX AGAIN UNTIL A STIFF DOUGH TEXTURE 
  5. USING CLEAN, SLIGHTLY DAMPENED HANDS, GENTLY KNEAD THE PUFFED RICE CEREAL AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS INTO THE MIXTURE
  6. PRESS THE MIXTURE EVENLY INTO THE PREPARED BAKING PAN
  7. REFRIGERATE FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES
  8. REMOVE PAN, LIFT FLATTENED DOUGH OFF OF THE PAPER, AND CUT 18 PIECES USING A KNIFE
  9. STORE THE BARS IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND REFRIGERATE FOR UP TO 10 DAYS
