THE GREEN LAYER BLENDED WITH SPINACH BANANAS, GREENS POWDER, AND MCT OIL WITH A PINK LAYER BLENDED WITH RASPBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, PROTEIN POWDER AND CASHEW MILK.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ CUP SPINACH
- 1 FROZEN BANANA
- ½ TBSP MCT OIL
- 2 TBSP POWDERED MONK FRUIT (1 TBSP FOR EACH LAYER)
- 1 SCOOP SUPER GREENS POWDER
- 1 ½ CUP CASHEW MILK (¾ CUP FOR EACH LAYER)
- ¼ CUP VEGAN YOGURT
- ⅓ CUP FROZEN RASPBERRIES
- ⅓ CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
- 1 SCOOP VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER
DIRECTIONS:
- ADD THE FRESH SPINACH, FROZEN BANANAS, MCT OIL, MONK FRUIT AND SUPER GREENS POWDER AND CASHEW MILK TO A BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO A LARGE GLASS.
- CLEAN OUT THE BLENDER AND THEN ADD IN THE STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, COCONUT YOGURT, PROTEIN POWDER AND REST OF CASHEW MILK TO A BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
- POUR THE RED LAYER ON TOP OF THE GREEN SMOOTHIE AND ENJOY!
