STUFFED WITH VEGAN CREAM CHEESE PROTEIN MIXTURE WITH VEGAN ICE CREAM AND COCONUT SUGAR

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 RIPE PEACHES
  • ¼ CUP VEGAN CREAM CHEESE
  • ½ TSP CINNAMON
  • ¼ CUP CINNAMON CEREAL PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1 TBSP ALMOND MILK
  • 2 TBSP VEGAN BUTTER
  • 2 TBSP COCONUT SUGAR
  • TOPPINGS: ICE CREAM, HONEY AND GRANULATED COCONUT SUGAR

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. CUT YOUR PEACHES IN HALF AND TAKE OUT THE PIT. THEN CARVE OUT MORE OF THE CENTER OF EACH PEACH HALF SO THERE IS ROOM FOR THE FILLING. PLACE THEM ONTO A BAKING SHEET OR PARCHMENT PAPER. 
    2. MAKE THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING BY MIXING TOGETHER THE VEGAN CREAM CHEESE, CINNAMON, ALMOND MILK AND PROTEIN POWDER.
    3. ADD A BIG SPOONFUL OF THE FILLING TO EACH PEACH HALF. COAT EACH PEACH HALF WITH THE VEGAN BUTTER AND SPRINKLE ON THE COCONUT SUGAR.
    4. COOK IN THE AIR-FRYER FOR 10 MINUTES AT 350 F.
    5. REMOVE FROM THE AIR-FRYER AND TOP WITH VEGAN ICE CREAM, HONEY AND SEA SALT FLAKES!
