SPROUTED OATS, PROTEIN POWDER, PRETZELS, CASHEW BUTTER, DATE NECTAR AND CASHEW PIECES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 CUPS SPROUTED OATS
  • 1 CUP PRETZELS *CRUSHED*
  • ¾ CUP CASHEW BUTTER
  • 2 TBSP WALNUT OIL
  • ½ CUP DATE NECTAR
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • ½ TSP SEA SALT
  • ½ CUP CASHEW PIECES 
  • ¾ CUP PROTEIN POWDER

DIRECTIONS:

  1. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE THE CASHEW BUTTER, WALNUT OIL, DATE NECTAR, AND VANILLA EXTRACT. STIR UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND THEN ADD IN THE SPROUTED OATS, PROTEIN POWDER, SEA SALT, CASHEWS, AND CRUSHED PRETZELS.
  2. LINE A SQUARE BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND SCOOP IN YOUR GRANOLA MIXTURE. FLATTEN SMOOTH AND EVEN OUT WITH A SPATULA.
  3. ADD YOUR GRANOLA BARS TO THE FREEZER FOR AN HOUR AND REMOVE FROM THE BAKING PAN. CUT INTO BARS WITH A SERRATED KNIFE.
