  • 1/2 cup Be Amazing Natural Vanilla Protein
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup natural colorful sprinkles

  1. In a bowl, mix the cashew butter, chickpea flour, protein powder, almond extract, sea salt, and maple syrup. Stir with a spatula until thick, then form into a ball of dough with your hands.
  2. Roll small sections of dough into balls and set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer.
  3. While the dough chills, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and pour into a small bowl.
  4. Dip one end of each lollipop stick in white chocolate, insert into a cake pop, then dip each pop until evenly coated.
  5. Add sprinkles and return to the parchment. Freeze for 30 minutes, then serve.
