- 16 OUNCES OF STRAWBERRIES
- 1 SCOOP BEAM CHOCOLATE BROWNIE VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER
- 1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP OLD FASHIONED OATS
- 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 2 TABLESPOONS COCONUT OIL (MELTED)
- 1/4 CUP UNSALTED, CHOPPED PECANS
DIRECTIONS:
- PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350℉
- CHOP AND QUART THE STRAWBERRIES AND PUT INTO AN OVEN SAFE DISH
- IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX THE ALMOND FLOUR, OATS, CINNAMON, COCONUT OIL, AND PECANS UNTIL IT IS A CRUMBLE TEXTURE
- TOP THE STRAWBERRIES EVENLY WITH THE CRUMBLE MIX
- PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES (OR UNTIL THE STRAWBERRIES BUBBLE ON THE SIDES)
- REMOVE AND ALLOW TO COOL DOWN
- SERVE AS IS OR WITH YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM
